Men's Tuesday competition 29th of November '23

A very pleasant 24 degrees saw 30 players turn up with 6 matches of 2/4/2 and one 3/3 game. One match was a draw and the rest were fairly close. One interesting result saw Ian Goddard and Dave Leslie only win 8 ends but managed a 6 shot win over CJ Smith and Larry Young.

The winners were Andy Otter and Brian Vandervelde with 19+11 over a very good team of Allan Covell and John Ferguson. Enjoy your roast pork boys!

Runners up were the Oakley boys with a come from behind victory over Kiwi Wyatt and Eddie Richardson. Double roast lamb in the Oakley household this week.

A reminder to all players that its Christmas cheer next week so wear a Christmas or bright shirt👚 and let's enjoy a great day with prizes for all and with drinks on the rink and some side games.

Please have your names in early as it makes it a lot easier to arrange to buy the food and prizes if we know how many to cater for.

You can start entering on the Monday before the game. 

Don't forget you can register on below or let Jeff know ASAP as he has to organise food and prizes. Register by 12.00 and please be there for 1.00pm or you might be disappointed!!! 

This is a terrific weekly Men's competition so nominate your teams early (by 12 o'clock on Tuesday for organisation and catering) via entry below or ring  Jeff 041 562 9025 . If you don’t have a partner still register or ring up and we will try and get a match for you. It is $10 a head with great prizes and snacks after the game. 1.00 for 1.30  start.
