Membership Information

  SUBSCRIPTION (Fees inclusive of GST)

Ordinary Members Full Membership for an annual fee of $250, in addition to enjoying the privileges afforded to Social Members, Ordinary Members are entitled to use our four magnificent grass bowling greens, play in Club Championship events, play Pennants and participate in all Club elections with full voting rights. Included in the fee is the capitation charged by BowlsWA which entitles Ordinary Members to play bowls, including BowlsWA events, and attend any Bowling Club throughout Australia.

Recreational Membership (excludes Bowls WA Affiliation) $180. The Membership fee will be the full Ordinary Membership fee minus the BowlsWA affiliation fee.

Recreational members shall not be entitled to vote nor to hold office in the Club. 

Shall not be eligible to propose or second any application for membership of the Club

Recreational members cannot play Pennants or in Club Championship Competitions.

Recreational members shall be entitled to such privileges as shall be decided by the Committee from time to time, including the right, at the invitation of the Committee, to take part in bowls events designed to include them.

New bowlers will pay $75.00 less than the prescribed recreational membership fee for their first year. For those who join after the 31st March, membership will carry through to the following year. 

All other bowlers who join the club after the 1st January, other than returning members of one year or less who shall pay the full recreational members fee, shall pay a fee equal to the proportion of months remaining based on a Recreational Members fee.

First Year Membership for New Bowlers -This membership only applies to new bowlers, not experienced bowlers transferring from other clubs. For an annual fee of $175 in addition to enjoying the privileges afforded to Social Members, Initial First Year New Bowlers are entitled to use our four magnificent grass bowling greens, play in Club championship events, play Pennants and participate in all Club elections with full voting rights. 

Included in the fee is the capitation charged by BowlsWA which entitles Ordinary Members to play bowls, including BowlsWA events, and attend any Bowling Club throughout Australia. 

Junior Ordinary Membership – A low annual fee of $45 is offered to members between the age of 8 and 18, allowing them full access to our Clubhouse and facilities, our bowling greens, play in Club championship events and play Pennants. Included in the fee is the capitation charged by BowlsWA which entitles Junior Ordinary Members to play bowls, including BowlsWA events, and attend any bowling club throughout Australia.

Social Members - for an annual fee of $50 persons of or above the age of 18 years are enable to enjoy the privileges of the Club but shall not be eligible:

(1) To stand for any office or vote in any ballot or at a General meeting of the Club;

(2) To propose or second any application for membership of the Club;

(3) To use the greens except at the specific invitation of the Club Committee.

Social Members are free to enjoy the club house and outdoor areas and attend functions and are encouraged to invite their family and friends along also.
